1) VIDEO PRODUCTION DESIGN
BLUE BLANKET PRODUCTIONS LLC is granted full production and editorial control by the client regarding all aspects of editing and creating the production.  BLUE BLANKET PRODUCTIONS LLC agrees to work with the client to create a video production that meets the specifications discussed in the original meeting between the client and BLUE BLANKET PRODUCTIONS.  BLUE BLANKET PRODUCTIONS LLC agrees to use reasonable efforts to incorporate the client's suggestions and ideas into the video.  The client must make all design and editorial suggestions prior to delivery.  After the client has received the video, changes can be made free of charge only (1) if BLUE BLANKET PRODUCTIONS LLC failed to meet the specifications given by the client prior to shipment (2)  BLUE BLANKET PRODUCTIONS LLC  did not accurately input names, dates, or quotes based on the information provided by the client.

Every possible attempt is made to include every photo sent to us.  However, BLUE BLANKET PRODUCTIONS LLC does not undertake to guarantee that any specific picture be included in the video production.  Considering that certain photographs, depending on their quality and visual appearance, may be overly burdensome to scan and/or include in the presentation, BLUE BLANKET PRODUCTIONS LLC reserves the right to eliminate photographs from the product.  Photos considered being obscene or offensive may be deleted. We also reserve the right to crop, color correct, or retouch any photograph used in the presentation to increase visual appeal.  BLUE BLANKET PRODUCTIONS LLC is not responsible for photographs that appear to be slightly darker/lighter than the original prints, as specific colors may not appear to be the same on a television screen.  Reasonable efforts will be made, however, to produce an accurate representation of each photo. 

The client is responsible for numbering each photograph for the purpose of specifying the order in which they are to appear. BLUE BLANKET PRODUCTIONS LLC will make reasonable efforts to place the photos in the exact order requested, but does not guarantee the exact order specified. BLUE BLANKET PRODUCTIONS LLC may slightly change the order requested by the client to increase visual appeal, to help the "flow" of the video, etc.  If no order is specified, BLUE BLANKET PRODUCTIONS LLC will categorize the photos in a way in which BLUE BLANKET PRODUCTIONS LLC considers to be visually appealing.

2) PAYMENT
Within 14 days of completing an order with BLUE BLANKET PRODUCTIONS LLC, the client's full payment must be made. Payment is non-refundable (see "Extenuating Circumstances" for exceptions). Payment can be made by cash, check, or money order, Paypal.  Any bank charges incurred due to returned checks will be charged to the client along with a $50 insufficient funds fee. All personal checks must clear before video production is delivered with no exceptions.  With this in mind, clients must plan accordingly. All selections are final once client has turned in completed order form (this includes all photograph/music/package selections, etc.) unless otherwise agreed upon with a Blue Blanket Productions LLC  representative.  Full payment must be received before the video production is delivered with no  exceptions.

By submitting an order form and agreeing to BLUE BLANKET PRODUCTIONS LLC's terms of service, clients agree that they have purchased and possess their own original copy of all music used in their video. BLUE BLANKET PRODUCTIONS LLC does not hold copyrights to any of the music selections you may choose for your project.

Prior to providing BLUE BLANKET PRODUCTIONS LLC any professional portraits to be used in your project, you must ensure that such portraits are not copyrighted, or alternatively, that you have the photographer's permission to use the images in your video productions. BLUE BLANKET PRODUCTIONS LLC is not responsible for any liability involving the use of images provided by the client.

Information Collected About You
There are some areas on our Site where we request information from you. We will only collect your personal information, including name, address, phone number, email address, credit card information, other demographic details, etc., when you provide it to us. The information you provide us will be kept confidential and used only by us and our third party providers as necessary to fulfill the requests you make of us. Your personally identifiable information will not be passed to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Use of Your Information
The information you provide us through the Site will not be sold, shared, or rented to any outside organization for its use in marketing or solicitation. We may share your information with a third party acting as our agent to provide and process the services that you request. Such third parties shall subscribe to the privacy principles in this privacy policy. We may also share aggregated customer information such as statistics about our customers, traffic patterns and related site information, with our reputable vendors, but such aggregated information will not contain any personally identifying information of any users of the Site. Additionally we may disclose or access your account information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.

You may receive occasional emails or telephone calls from us. These communications will be informational and service-oriented only and will not be solicitations (there may be notices about new features, videos, etc.) You also may receive a call to follow up on a service issue you have experienced. Your privacy will continue to be protected during these communications.
